Recruitment & Training
Triple O Security Officers are selected for their experience ,strong communications and report writing skills and immaculate presentation of themselves and their work.
Our Security Guards are fully licensed by the Police and have all relevant approved security training.

Dedicated Clients Manager
All Triple O Security clients have their own dedicated Client Manager that can be contacted 24 hrs a day / 7 days a week, should any related security services, ad hoc requests ,electronic security or urgent security problems arise . This enables us to deliver the highest standard of customer service at any time of the day or night.
Site Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Plans Triple O Security ‘s Site Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Plans are developed & designed prior to commencing work for all individual guard services, forming part of our ongoing quality assurance and safety programme. Client reports are generated for daily and sent via email.
Site Supervision
A key strategy of our ongoing quality assurance and safety programme is to have individual guard sites and it’s security officers monitored by a sites supervisor.
This is a ‘value added’ free service to our clients. The Site Supervisor’s role is to randomly visit individual security guards onsite to conduct site audits in relation to all OH&S & Site procedural duties & requirements
Site specific training
Site specific training is delivered by Triple O Security Site Supervisors to all security officers in accordance with Site Operational Procedures (SOP’s) & OH&S requirements.
Security Guard GPS tracking & Data recording How do you know we are there …when your not ? Triple O Security utilizes both GPS & a security officer tracking system to ensure that security guards are attending your premises, staying in safe zones and spending the required time onsite. These tracking system’s allows us to verify that security guards are onsite and performing their duties in an effective and safe manner. Comprehensive reports are available to our clients on request
Scalable Resources and Transition Planning
With our large numbers of trained security officers, Triple O Security has significant capacity for surge and emergency security requirements. We have proven reliability & flexibility of the provision of security personnel and equipment when general security or national security levels are raised or emergency security personnel are required at short notice.We are able to transition services or provide additional resources at very short notice. Our capacity to immediately deploy highly trained resources and rapidly respond to emergencies provides our clients with an additional layer of protection for their sites. This ability is crucial for Critical Assets & Infrastructure Protection , Construction Security , Event Security and Natural Disasters etc. Our transition procedures, ensures all contracts are diligently planned and communicated to all stakeholders.
