Triple O Security is the current security provider for the Whole of the NSW Government successfully meeting the NSW Government criteria and tendering process to provide a full range of security services to the whole of  NSW.    This was achieved  by demonstrating our experience and success in the management of our staff and  subcontractors through well established and  documented Quality Management & OH&S systems.  

With our large numbers of trained security guards Triple O Security has the depth and capacity for surge and emergency security requirements across NSW.  We have proven reliability & flexibility in the provision of security personnel and equipment when general , emergency  or national security levels are raised and security personnel are required at very short notice. Our capacity to immediately deploy highly trained security personnel and rapidly respond to emergencies provides our clients with an additional layer of protection for their sites.

Customer Service - Triple O Security is committed to the highest levels of customer service  from the largest accounts to smaller local contracts. The quality of our customer service is just as important to us as the quality of our security guards in the overall experience for our clients. Our clients benefit from our single point of contact approach , having their own dedicated  client manager , backed by our 24 hrs a day / 365 days Security Operations Control Centre. A dedicated Clients manager is appointed on contract commencement and can be contacted  24 hrs a day / 365 days a year should any related security services, ad hoc requests ,electronic security or urgent security problems arise

Recruitment & Training We understand that our Security guards can be the first point of contact for your business,  clients and the general public and ‘positive first impression are crucial.’  Triple O Security Personnel are selected for their experience ,strong communications ,report writing skills and the immaculate presentation of themselves and their work. They are licensed security professionals that are customer focused and are able to work as part of a team. Focused training ensures our people are best positioned and confident to safely deliver the highest level of service.

Site Supervision High quality delivery of security services is paramount to Triple O Security’s success and as such we conduct regular site audits to ensure our Security Personnel are working efficiently and safely by adhering to all Triple O Security Site Operational Procedures (SOP’s) & OH&S requirements.

Occupational Health and Safety Triple O  Security has an exceptional safety record, maintaining a well established and documented Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System which complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001 (SAI Global) and OH&S 4th Edition certification with the NSW Government.

Quality Management System Triple O Security’s success can be attributed to the strength of our QMS which complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 9001:2008 (SAI Global).
