responsibilities ,procedures, processes and  resources needed to implement Quality Management.

Historically a product was  made or a service was provided from start to finish by the same person  handcrafting and tweaking that product or service to a certain quality criteria.

 

Fastforward to this century we are making the same product or providing the same service but….for  lot more people so it now requires numerous people and/or  numerous departments depending on each other to provide a certain quality criteria.

 

The quality of the product or service provided by one person from start to finish is simple to quality control.

The quality of the product or service provided by numerous people and/or departments from start to finish is inevitably going to have quality control issues.

Our security officers /guards are all licensed by the N.S.W. Police .We ensure that all officers/guards maintain a high standard of professionalism with themselves and the performance of their duties for our clients.
